5 Exercises You Can Do At Home Without Equipment

  1. Dancing
    • Dancing is another great way to get the cardio you need. Turn on the music and dance like nobody’s watching. If you don’t consider yourself a dancer and you need a few tips, then I definitely recommend the Zumba Fitness Incredible Results DVD System. It’s a great system that you can use at home.
  2. Sit – Ups / Crunches
    • Every woman wants a flat stomach, right? So all you have to do is lie down on the floor, bend your knees, place your feet under the bed or couch and lift your upper body. I recommend doing a repetition of at least 25-30 if you’re just starting out. The more you can do, the better.
  3. Planks
    • Planks cause you to build strength in your entire body and are considered one of the best exercises to tighten up your core. However, they are not as easy as they look. I recommend holding the plank position for at least 30 seconds – 1 minute.
  4. Running
    • Running is a great way to get the cardio you need. It will increase your heart rate and help you build up your endurance. You can either run in place or you can run outside. I recommend running at least 1 mile per day.
  5. Lunges
    • Most ladies struggle with obtaining leaner and thinner thighs but lunges are a great way to obtain the look! You can do these at home. Here’s a quick video that shows you how to correctly do them.
