Fitness and health blogs have become very popular and with so many to choose from, how can you possibly know which are most beneficial? On my journey to a healthier life and better fitness, I have found a variety of fitness and health blogs that I have grown to depend on and love. The owner, Sia Alexis, a twenty something year old from Southern Mississippi shares her journey on staying fit while pregnant and how she lost her belly within 18 hours after delivery! This is definitely one of the most motivational blogs on the internet.
  2. my-faith-and-fitness.com – Being that I am a woman of God, this fitness blog definitely stuck out to me. With fitness being such a big industry, there is a plethora of new health and fitness blogs coming online everyday. The one thing that made this blog stand out to me was the fact she decided to include her faith as well. I definitely consider this fitness blog motivational. You should definitely check it out!
  3. http://www.foodfaithfitness.com/ – Another fitness blog I love is Food, Faith and Fitness. The owner, Taylor involves her faith in her fitness journey as well. On this blog, she includes healthy recipes, workout ideas and lovely “Sunday Reflections”. With a slogan that reads, “nourishing your mind, body and soul”, you can’t go wrong at all! You should definitely check it out!
  4. http://www.comebackmomma.com/ – Don’t call it a comeback or should we :)! This blog is absolutely awesome. Being that I am a young mother, I know how it feels to feel as if you’ve lost your “fierceness”. This blog is awesome for those mothers who feel that way. If you need help regaining your fitness and personal life, then this blog is definitely for you. Please check it out! You won’t be sorry.
  5. http://fitafterfifty.com/ – the name says it all! Most of society tries to make us believe that our health goes downhill after we reach age 50 but this blog teaches us otherwise! It is definitely a motivational health and fitness blog to the everyday senior citizen and it is proof that if we take care of our bodies, our bodies will take care of us. You should definitely check it out!
  6. http://livingbetter50.com/  This is another motivational fitness and health blog for the 50 and up crowd but with articles related to healthy eating, relationships and injury problems, this blog could actually be beneficial to all ages. You should definitely check it out!

On her blog, she shares an awesome story of how she went from a successful corporate career to reaching her lowest point and then turning it all round through fitness. I love visiting this blog because it truly motivates me to keep striving. You should definitely check it out!
  8. http://blog.anytimefitness.com/ – With topics ranging from recipes, workout tips and gym locations, you can’t go wrong with this fitness blog. You can spend all day just learning about the many different ways to workout, eat right and lose weight via this blog I definitely recommend it!
  9. http://www.powercakes.net/ – This is another lovely fitness blog that will definitely motivate you. The owner, Kasey talks about everything related to fitness. She also talks about where the name “Powercakes” came from in her bio also. You should definitely check this blog out!
  10. http://fitnessista.com/ – As for the blog, I love the way the owner shares her personal experiences with weight loss and fitness. Being that she’s a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and weight loss specialist, you can feel confident about taking her weight loss advice. This is another motivational fitness and blog I would recommend.
